The teacher will take you through warm-up, isolations, technique and finally a routine that will have you reaching for your fishnets and fans to delight your inner Burlesque diva. Classes are set in a beginner friendly and welcoming environment.

A funky fresh modern pop dance style featuring all of your favourite dance tracks. Commonly you’ll find a mix of jazz, hip-hop, funk and electronic dance throughout the Street Jazz style. This class will get you shaking, shimmying and having a blast.

AFRO DANCEHALL FUSION- is a mixed style with with African steps from all around Africa through to dancehall steps from Jamaica. In this class you will learn the passion the energy and the style of African dance and Jamaican Dancehall. A mix of badman style steps as those sexy body gyal steps. .All of these wonderful steps blended with some house Dance , ragga-dancehall + Afro kuduro = AFRO-FUSION Music used : afro-house, afro-beat, Dancehall and reggae. There is a deep history rooted behind Reggaeton that shapes the way it is danced and interpreted. Originated in the clubs of Puerto Rico, Reggaeton carries influences from Hip Hop, Latin American and Caribbean music.
The Reggaeton beat was derived from one of the most renowned Dancehall “riddims” which is fast and energetic, reflecting the way in which it is danced. Reggaeton focuses on strong and sensual hip movements (commonly known as dancing ‘perreo’) and often incorporates hip hop grooves and latin dance technique.

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class – combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.

Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements
