It is known for quick and complex moves, using mainly power, speed, and leverage for a wide variety of kicks, spins, and highly mobile techniques.beginner classes aim to give the basic information about Capoeira Angola and its traditions. Step by step, the students are introduced to the main movements as well as to the musical instruments and some basic traditional songs in Portuguese. Advanced students might want to participate in this class to refine their skills. This class is perfect for people who are new to Capoeira Angola no matter what their fitness level is.

In this class, you will learn the basics of contemporary and traditional Afro-Brazilian dance and Samba. Connect with the traditions and grace of Brazilian dance in a fun and energetic class, then shake your booty in the spirit of carnival. Brazilian dance has many forms so the class is always new and energetic, yet steps will be broken down without sacrificing the fun and energy. Tap is a bilingual artform: It is as much a form of percussion as it is a dance genre. This class will emphasise technique, for beginners and will provide students with an understanding of tap as part of the jazz vernacular, its history and hopefully show them the infectious joy tap can bring. AFRO DANCEHALL FUSION- is a mixed style with with African steps from all around Africa through to dancehall steps from Jamaica. In this class you will learn the passion the energy and the style of African dance and Jamaican Dancehall. A mix of badman style steps as those sexy body gyal steps. .All of these wonderful steps blended with some house Dance , ragga-dancehall + Afro kuduro = AFRO-FUSION Music used : afro-house, afro-beat, Dancehall and reggae. Afro Fusion is a high energy class and suitable for all levels

VYPA is a hardcore, high intensity interval training workout aimed at lowering your body fat , improving your Cardiovascular health & sculpting your whole body. Vypa is inspired by Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Cage fighting, Hip Hop, Plyometrics and Sport Specific Training. You perform tracks of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each track keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals set to spine-tingling Electronic, Dubstep & Hip Hop music. Each track goes for 4 minutes with a short break in between each track. Expect to punch, jump, drop, sprint & squat till you reach the edge.
